The signing bonus is a 100R$ way of saying "Thank you for joining Builders Club!" You can only get this bonus once, when you first sign up for a subscription. Once you have a paid subscription, you do not get a bonus for upgrading or downgrading from Builders Club, Turbo Builders Club or Outrageous Builders Club.
